What one family thinks of Home-Start support

I cannot thank Home-Start, and especially our volunteer Sarah, enough for the help and support they gave me after the birth of our twin boys, Jamie and Matthew. The challenge of looking after two little boys (born prematurely) and the constant demands on our time were quite a shock initially and our volunteer was just wonderful. I valued her company, the breathing space for a few hours (even if just to peel vegetables or walk the dog), the helpful suggestions and the quality time (playing/reading, etc) she gave the boys. We do miss her.
